Terms & Conditions – La Pareja Dance

1. Participation

By attending classes, you confirm that you are physically fit and able to take part in dance activities.

2. Personal responsibility

Participation is at your own risk. La Pareja Dance is not liable for injuries sustained during classes unless caused by negligence.

3. Behaviour

We aim to provide a respectful, safe, and welcoming environment. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone displaying inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.

4. Payments

All class fees must be paid as required. Entry may be refused if payment has not been made.

5. Refund Policy

• Class/event payments are non-refundable unless a class/event is cancelled by us

• If we cancel a class, a refund or transfer will be offered

• Exceptional circumstances may be considered at our discretion

6. Changes to classes

We reserve the right to change class times, locations, or instructors where necessary.

7. Media Consent

By attending any classes or events, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes.

These may be used on:

• Social media

• Website

• Marketing materials

If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform us in advance.
